I'm sure whatever they do, it'll be awesome - just like Halloween.
Wouldn't it be funny if they gave out novelty weapons [not decent ones - fun ones]
Angron the Slayer: I'm weilding a Ebon Christmas Tree of Baubles and a Black Pudding Shield.

1. Find good location and viewing angle, take screenshots every 20 degrees or so (I don't use them all, but it's better to have too many than not enough).
2. Set matching points between screenshots (I like to have at least 15-20 matching points between neighboring shots).
3. Set vertical and horizontal guides (helps straighten them).
4. Skew/warp screenshots to match points.
5. Blend screenshots.
6. Looks good, goto 7. Else, goto 2.
7. Crop and trim. Add text, logos.
I have a few programs that automate some things for me, of course, but I still have to tweak quite a bit by hand. I think the post-Sear one took me maybe 6 hours total, which gave me a false sense of how easy it was until I did pre-Sear next and took a week to tweak it. I'm sure it'd go quicker if I had something better than a 1Ghz PC.
Anyway, back on-topic.
I've been doing it anyway, but I may step up the freebie rare give-aways this month. So until ANet announces something, that's something I've got planned. Maybe I'll run around and sing carols, too.

Quick question. It isn't Winter in Europe or Korea, is it? Will there be different seasons represented in those servers?

And Europe knows about snow... oh does it ever...
I'd like a nice santa cap for my necro, I'd think she'd look cute in it.
Maybe we could get candy cane weapons, imagine a two handed one eh? now that would be big.
